The subtle pulsing of the fluids and membranes that surround the brain, spinal cord, and the sacrum are sometimes referred to as the "Breath of Life" or the "Craniosacral Pulse".
During the course of our lives our bodies become patterned, shaped and conditioned according to how we are able to deal with any stresses or traumas. If stresses or traumas are overwhelming, they become locked in the body as sites of inertia - until such a time as we are able to allow them to be processed and released.
Craniosacral Therapists use extremely gentle holds to subtly unwind and release subtle energetic blockages within your body and so enhance your own self-healing capabilities. It is extremely gentle and suitable for people of all ages including babies, children, and the elderly.

We currently only offer Craniosacral Therapy in the Kilauea area, which is near Princeville on the North Shore. Advance booking is highly recommended.
